      String brand in Web3 Pay is good (depends on the roll) Culture for ICs is Ok, not for managers

      Pros

      -A strong commitment to the mission and company culture. This is the secret to the success, in my opinion. Trust in C-level is high. -Incredibly talented, intelligent, and courteous team. Global representation with over 40+ countries and every major continent -Profitable, bootstrapped startup. Reputable brand, been around for 10 years now setting the standards for building in Web3. -Annual company retreat is always a great time! -"Live your version of a healthy workstyle." High level of autonomy given to everyone: remote, flexible work schedule, flexible PTO plan, etc -I have grown exponentially in my time here, as have many others. Established career growth/leveling framework models

      Cons

      -Once you reach a certain level in the leveling framework, you get added to the company equity plan as part of your benefits. It would be great if everyone was on the equity plan, regardless of level - a small number of people have been with the company for a long time but still haven't earned equity -Some people mention Imposter Syndrome when they first join, so that is a hurdle you may have to deal with in your first days/weeks/months
