      Laid down atmosphere not much responsibility as not much autonomy

      Cons

      Behind-closed-doors diplomacy. Old fashioned management style. No appreciation for a good job. Surroned by "leaders" without leadership skills.

      Good social environment - especially for grads. Team lunches and monthly drinks. The office culture is relaxed.

      Cons

      Uninspiring leadership. There is no vision or energy. Very customer reactive - priorities change all the time. Aggressive internal stakeholders. Practices are introduced and abandoned constantly. Developer needs neglected.
