While I appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective, I’m disappointed that your experience has not matched what the vast majority of our employees report around the world. I’m not sure how long ago you left, but our results have never been better nor our transparency more pervasive - and we see that in our everyday conversations. We engage in hard conversations, and I am not aware of any situation where people were penalized for sharing their opinions and asking the tough questions. I wish you the best of luck going forward. Our semi-annual engagement survey provides us feedback that our employees value our flexibility and see Opensignal as a collaborative and supportive work environment with great development opportunities, and this feedback is substantiated by our low rate of regrettable turnover. As a tech company, we know the challenge of attracting and retaining people of color and we invest in education, partnerships with local organizations that support people of color in STEM, and we provide a robust manager development program to support our people managers given the critical role they play.
