I have been at Oplly for a year now. I don’t know what the future is or how long I might work here. But I can say this- I have never been as excited to get up in the morning and go to work, as I have been in the past year. After my first week at Oplly- I remember telling one of my friends that the 'Customer Obsession' at Oplly is very palpable. Not only in the teams that write software but also in the IT support teams that help employees with IT issues, the operations teams that deal with fulfillment optimization, and the human resources and recruiting teams that work hard to hire the best people to work here and in every other team I have worked with.
