Pros
The team is small, so you get a lot of one on one interaction with the cofounders and members in the coworking space. You're exposed to humble and inspiring people everyday. The neighborhood is ripe for food adventures and fun walks. You really get to bond and know the people well. There's flexibility in scheduling.
Cons
If you don't take initiative, it can be mundane. However, they wouldn't hire anyone who just sits there and vegs out anyhow. It's a small company too, so there's not much room for promotion internally - rather it's great when you have another project to work on.
