Pros
You get money, payment was on time, some people are friendly, work hours are flexible and you can choose when you want to work.
Cons
the manager was awful. he wanted us to behave like clowns, jump in front of people and be annoying. he would constantly criticise us via whats app (group and private). very annoying whats app groups and lots of out of hours extra work like having to drive to a storage building to pick up and drop off work gear and flyers for the week, reading and responding to heaps of messages. very repetitive work and pretty useless considering adelaide is a small town and working in the cbd only, you will quickly see the same people over and over again and not get new customers. you get paid minimum wage but the work is quite exhausting (unless you're in a good spot, e.g in front of uni or close to shopping street). manager definitely loved bossing others around and feeling superior.
