      - opportunistic industry - easy to negotiate with for salary & compensation

      Cons

      - C level leadership lacks appropriate experience and functional knowledge - poor leadership - bait and switch hiring - roles & responsibilities changed significantly from what was interviewed for - not a collaborative or innovative team, dictates singular strategy, not open to employee input for business progression - lacks long term vision and efficacy in budget planning

      Other medical assistants are great people

      Cons

      The D.O. is a baby who complains about everything and gets whatever he wants because the manager doesn’t do her job. No one respects the manager or the D. O. Everyone is fake and unprofessional, talks poorly about everyone behind their backs. They fire people for no reason and lie to all their employees about career advancement. They don’t foster an environment of diversity or inclusivity. Favoritism is really bad.

      Amazing support and resources. I have never felt so support by and employer and given amazing resources to provide exceptional care for our patients.

      Cons

      Optima is new and growing. It’s not a con growing pains are expected. However, that alone has its challenges.
