      Nice people and adequate training

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations and many many many out of pocket expenses for you. They will milk you to pay for cpr training, RBT exam, work related supplies, toys, and unpaid work time and tasks, meetings. At the end you make nothing, and you’re on a very short leash.

      administration is easily accessible and supportive. They were always willing to work with my schedule. Get to establish good relationships with clients and their families and make a lasting difference
