Stay Away, unless you enjoy low pay and long hours!

Pros

Most of the (little) people are good to work with. Can gain some experience in the process while you are seeking another employment opportunity. That's about it.

Cons

Starting from the top, CEO does NOT make you feel appreciated and talks down to you regardless of who is around. Hours are 8:30-5:30 but you ALWAYS work late and are looked down at if you leave "on time". The pay is horrible for the amount of work and stress they provide and its salary so do NOT expect to be compensated for extra hours worked, which you will! Projects are also being changed at the last minute with the deadline right around the corner and no time to submit the change. Also, almost 90% of the employees, Spanish is their first language so if you are an English speaker be prepared to do a lot of the translating/corrections to others work as well as doing your own.

In fact, we have made it a priority to reward and recognize those employees that have gone above and beyond and helped others along the way. As a majority of our clients are based in Latin America, we have always had the need for more bilingual speakers. Our recent and unprecedented growth to the US and Canadian Market has opened the door for more opportunities and we now have people on the team who are native English speakers. We encourage our team to leave on time and join all the fitness activities and clubs that we have established after work. We also guarantee a competitive salary and compensation with benefits including a 401K Plan, maternity leave, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, gym membership, and trainings. Through our work with ADP we have ensured that we are on par in regards to pay scale with the industry average. We want our employees to grow within our company and have invested in higher educational third party advisors, platforms & Universities so that they can grow their skill sets. Lost motivation

Pros

Most employees are awesome people that will become your friends in and outside of the office. The office itself is very pretty and in a good location.

Cons

Pay is not the best. You will only be considered for a reasonable raise if you complain about your workload constantly. No working from home, they now offer two days every two months, with a week notice. Very strict on getting there on time, but they don't take into consideration if you stay late or work extra at home (nights and weekends). CEO has a special way of making employees feel bad by talking down at them, patronizing (especially if your degree isn't worthy enough). The company itself is disorganized but is working ok getting better. Employees lose motivation due to lack of recognition or appreciation. Micromanagement in upper management.

Pros

Some of the people are friendly. You'll be able to build experience and while you search for something better. You can always learn from different experiences here.

Cons

The pay is horrible. If you can not find anywhere else to work in the meantime this would be a last resort. You get paid salary by stay overtime almost everyday including some weekend work (with no compensation for overtime). The overall well-being of the other employees look burnt out and run down. I feel there are a lot of wrong people (and personalities) in the wrong (leadership) positions. Lacks work/life balance Lacks proper leadership skills
