Cons
Withholds your pay if patient doesn’t pay. Has policy in place that assigns litigation case to the clinic and the patient involved in a lawsuit doesn’t pay for any appointments just bills their lawyer. Optimum doesn’t pay you until that person pays so it can take 3 years to see payment for your work. You will work for free.

Bad pay, nothing but drama, no appreciation for any hard work, very unprofessional and hostile work environment.
