Pros

Give salary on the time.

Cons

1. You will be doing the same work for years with no career growth. 2. No appreciation of efforts. Leads will take the appreciation on your behalf. 3. You will be asked multiple time about any concern you may have but no action will be taken even HR do not take any actions on any concern. 4. They don't have any projects to work, they only let you work on in house Optimus projects. 5. In the name of discipline, you have been treated like school kids. They will force people to participate in organizational events, Founder's webinar, even if person is not interested and if you don't participate it will reflect in your performance review. Mandatory mandatory that's all you would see in the calendar notifications 7. Too much of favoritism. 8. Your profile doesn't reflect your work area, as a developer you can asked to be work as a tester. 9. Forced Microsoft training just for the shake of maintaining their Gold Partner partnership with Microsoft. 10. They have created a group of 4 people (Talent Management Group) just to give excuses to fire you. Performer of the year get fired within next 2 month in the name of non-performer. 11. 2 years slavery in the name of work bond.

Poor management and No growth

Pros

Monthly programs with food and games You can actually engineer some good solutions with autonomy/freedom because senior management won't be much involved in coding decisions because of lack of technical knowledge and time. There are some people with good technical knowledge which you can learn from.

Cons

Firstly most of the positive reviews you find will not say except things like "good" or "no cons as of now", because they ask you give good rating in career portals. Here are some of the cons I can point out to -they are dependent on Microsoft to give them projects so you are stuck using dying tech like vb .net -no code reviews or analysis of technical skills you will get promotion based on your licking skills -no projects, most people work on internal (made-up projects) that are not taken seriously even by the managers (in terms of quality) hence it is not good for freshers at all -mass firings of interns after their placement season is over with no senior member taking responsibility ,you can't fire 15 out of 30 people and have no one take it's responsibility --managers acting like masters making you do the work and taking credit for making you work. --the worst part is that they change terms of employment any day, one fine day they woke and told the interns here that the bond conditions have changed and you have to sign it now -Management's only job is to figure out ways to maximize the work done while minimizing the increments.
