      Pros

      Great group of people on the ground, who give their all. Nice working environment in previous office

      Cons

      Company lacked a long term vision that worked, countless signs that it was the wrong direction, but cuts had to continue till the company effectively was back at square one.

      In reality you are far from important, they dispose of you within seconds if you are not part of the favourites. Even then you are not safe.
