Employees get savings on glasses, consultations and insurances but they aren't for free.

Cons

CEO and leadership are terribly stingy! We're paid below average wages, get minimal benefits, but with a fully loaded work! Breaks couldn't give a little relief from the overwhelming stress and we end our days very exhausted!
