      Pros

      The engineers who work here are smart and genuinely interested in what they are doing. Everyone who works in the tech department does so because they are passionate about solving hard problems.

      Cons

      Working with smart people is a double edged sword... patience can sometimes run thin, but no one on the tech team holds a grudge and there is a clear line of communication for anything that is bothering you.
