The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. Professional, hard working, top notch employees.

They have a hard time spelling words on their website Their office has some nice futons to sit on

They mislead me in thinking I accepted an actual marketing job to start my career with. They told me I would be making great money, using my skills from my previous job, and I would be an “account executive” for them. They promised me and told me in three different interviews that this job would be like my last position which led me to move to Nashville in a 2 week span. I moved 7 hours away, left two jobs, my girlfriend left two jobs, and we put a security deposit on a $1,500 apartment just to find out on the first day.......I would be selling Driec TV door to door. Not once did they ever mention in three interviews that I would be selling a dying product from 10:30am till 7:30pm door to door. I took a leap of faith for this job which they promised me a stable opportunity where I could incorporate video, photo, and graphic design. How do you incorporate those skills in selling cable to people door to door. Honestly it just shows what they will do to mislead and take advantage of their employees. It takes no integrity to mislead somebody as far as they mislead me. I literally lost all respect for their business and highly suggest not working with this company.
