Working here is pure waste of time and resources. - Top Management is not truthful. They lie to customers and employees equally. Anything promised wont be done. - No reporting structure. Top Management meddles in everything and will play blame games whole day. There is no single project during my stay that didn't have nonstop drama, lies, yelling and blame games. - Top Management will make unrealistic plans without consulting team and will later blame everyone including customer. Somehow customers are wrong for demanding what was promised to them. - Most of good senior people have left and only less competent are left who sits in ceo's office for hours and say yes to everything. - Hugely mismanaged employee resources. HR, accounting and project managers have no authority to act on their own. - They can't create a professional work environment with proper hierarchies so they have come up with delusional concept of family. Since its a family, you need to keep working with poor salary, benefits and work-life experience. If anyone leaves job, they are looked upon as traitors, lol. - Unfriendly colleagues. Top Management will yell at anyone if something goes bad even if its result of their poor planning. For this reason, Employees are not friendly to each other and backstabbing is common here. - Be ready to work long hours as only projects they can get is after overcommitting to customers.

It runs like a factory. The upper management will treat you like their slave. No weekends even if sat is off. Work space is full of negativity. They don't value your personal life. Some of the colleagues have also taken anti depression pills due to severe discouragement by the owner of the company. He is pathetic.
