The team was skilled, knowledgeable, and extremely talented in their crafts.
Cons
The owner was a manager not a leader. She demotivated and underutilized the team, often asserting her superiority in knowledge, skill, and experience, effectively dampening creativity--a paradox at a creative-based marketing agency.
As a new designer, I couldn't have asked for a better place to start my career than OrangeRoc. All the team members have created an environment that has allowed me to learn and grow as an individual designer as well as a team player in such a short amount of time. Everyone is supportive, creative, dedicated, passionate, and honest about the work they do. I've never seen a team work so well together and with such incredible work ethic. I'm so happy and thankful to be part of the team and I can't wait to see what's next for OrangeRoc!
Cons
Not really a con, but you must be able to multi-task and embrace the fast-paced work environment, workload can change in a moments notice.
A teams grows when everyone works together sharing strengths, talent and experience. A professional team can use business objectives to collaborate knowing that every level of a company offers a point of view to meet a client's goal leading to professional growth. Our ideas are one-of-a-kind and we value each team member which is reflected in our work.
Cons
Marketing services change daily and so do the demands of each day. Each team member needs to be flexible, willing to work after hours if the deadline demands and most of all accept that your idea is not always the best solution. Not every idea makes the cut for a presentation. Bagels, pizza, sailing or early days off make-up for some of the extra time we spend solving problems.
