I've applied for Jr. Full Stack Engr. They took interview from me with 3 steps- online coding test,onsite written test, onsite viva. After all steps finished , HR called me and offer me 10k salary with 3 years contract. I was surprised cause after taking 3 steps long process of interview how can they offer 10k salary to a Jr Engineer. They also told, "We are US based company. And we don't do any local work". So how can a multinational company offer 10k salary to a Jr Engineer.

They are giving fraud information and also trying to doing fake conversation to hiring engineer. They deducts money from employee salary without informing them. When asked why the money was deducted, the answer was for the provident fund, for which no document or slip is provided to us. So where is money going?? Now they are taking all the main certificates from the freshers who are joining the office, this is a total scam, they will keep them here and they won't get any increment, already many are such victims. Here, lots of reason to prove that they are scam and totally a fraud comapny. For all of the reason, any one of the employee not much older in this company. Engineer came here and see these scam and just go.
