No pros at all, because salary is delayed from 2023 even you are resign and your salary installment in 2024 not done to be paid.
Cons
Bad management. People with 1 years experience will be manager from officer / specialist position if you have a good lip service to CEO. Salary is delayed for current and ex employee, and the top level is playing victim.
