Pros

3 on / 1 off / 3 on / 7 off = work schedule Thurs-Thurs. (this isn't advertised anywhere) Fun teams. Creative minds. Big Machines. Plenty to Learn. If you like working minimal hours (37.5 per week), with a lot of time off in a great environment, print room is ideal.

Cons

No paid holidays if your not scheduled to work that week) Almost no OT!! (Make sure you do the math for 37.5hrs/wk for 52 weeks at your wage rate to understand what you need to live on this year before accepting offer. They Make you take PTO to get paid for days they decide to shut down or host an event. There are a lot of cliques here also. Also, you probably don't want to work here if you just want to do your job and go home. Doing more than your job is expected.

Pros

As a junior network admin, I got a huge amount of experience with a broad range of technology and software in a short amount of time.

Cons

They under pay everyone as much as possible. If you are literally not in a management position you will be severely underpaid. While being underpaid you will be given a huge workload that is usually larger than your supervisors workload. The expectations that are out are completely unreasonable. The managers literally expect you to do all the work you are assigned as well as all of the work that they are supposed to do to. The managers usually pass down their projects to lower level people that don't even know where to begin with them so they can sit back and do nothing. Some positions have a very high rate of people leaving and then new people getting hired. Management usually tends to hire on people full time for a few major projects then once they are due for a raise they fire them for no reason. Management doesn't take kindly different ideas or people that will suggest alternatives even if those alternatives are better solutions than those being discussed. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone, in fact I would even tell people to stay far away from this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!
