Good starting pay and opportunity at first.
Cons
They have this great thing there where if you do really, really well - they'll give you someone else's job to do as well and once you've mastered that you're then blocked from any further promotions as replacing you would mean they have to hire two people and not the one person they need for the other position. If you're on an off shift it's a life sentence, because you will never go back to a dayshift without quitting.
