Hard hard work, dirty fiberglass all over, hot warehouse enviroment, constant 10 hour shifts, too much direct exposire to toxic chemicals without TRUE safety practices.
Within the team, I was assigned, great cohievesness.
Cons
Tall walls and locked doors between divisions with in the teams. This means to me lower sales opportunities. Some national managers are micromanagers and almost psychotic in nature as they do not want to share. They act like 5 year olds when sharing toys or success. Quick to point the finger when failure looms.
