Terrible culture, laughable management

Pros

Given really good opportunities to work with some great clients. Nice office and some really good staff. Can leave at a good time too.

Cons

Senior management are bullies and clueless. For a small team there’s no transparency and the bad behaviour from management meant staff seemed to leave as quickly as they joined making it hard to manage projects and client. The founder seemed to be on a life journey and was stringing everybody along, and doesn’t care how staff feel, what their opinions are. The money is really low and moral is lower.
