      Unsafe, unfair, women unwelcome

      Pros

      people who actually contribute value to products are hardworking and loyal

      Cons

      women are not welcome in higher paying jobs or management. You will go home hurting and burned. Sharing knowledge is discouraged. Question anything and turn in your badge and leave. HQ only listens to one opinion and they will fire everyone who disagrees with leadership even if it results in one person running the whole 75 employee operation. Repeat: women are snuffed out here

      Pros

      4 day work week, Monday through Thursday. 5:00 am till 3:30 pm. The only good thing about the place really.

      Cons

      Very hard work that will tear your body up. Surgery is the only way my hands will ever be good again.
