      The only pro is being able to jump to another company once you make connections onsite.

      - Toxic Design Management Team - No communication & transparency - No career growth - The company isn’t structured - No culture at all - They always tell you everything in person so there’s no document trail. - Benefits are okay - Management speaks Japanese or mandarin behind your back
