Pros
Great relationship with CEO, reported directly to him and he is a down to earth guy. He is amazing at sales and really able to train and not afraid of getting his hands dirty.
Cons
Understaffed, no marketing team to create materials to compete against competitors. No admin team to take care of entering deals and customer support. Still a great company to work for!
