Pros

I worked with Orian Research for a total of 3 years and started as a BDE and ended my stint as a Manager. Through the roles, I was an independent contributor at the start and then managed teams. Was responsible for inbound and outbound sales. Had the freedom to experiment a lot of stuff that I learnt off of the internet and at the same time learnt from my peers

Cons

Working for a startup has its downside which essentially means not everything from a process standpoint is set. Things change very fast and at times adapting to these changes becomes very difficult but if you come prepared with a mindset of working for a fast paced environment, it should not bother you

Pros

Honestly there are no good reasons to work for the company. So nothing in the "Pros" section.

Cons

The below mentioned are only some of the major reasons to avoid working for Orian Research: 1. If you are even few minutes late, you will be critised for it and if you leave on time then you will be critised for that too. 2. Working hours are stretched so much that you will even get a call at 2am in th night to do some work. And if you don't answer, you would be judged for that too. 3. Doesn't matter how hard or honestly you work, you will never get your salary at the end of the month. It also happens that pay is delayed by more than 2 months. 4. There's no management in the company, no HR, and no one is there to attend to your doubts and queries. 5. The biggest fraud is that the employer deduct some amount from the pay for PF but that money never goes to your PF account. It remains in the company's account only. Hence, there's no surety that you will receive back all the amount after your tenure ends. 6. If you work for Orian then be prepared to loose half of your pay anytime at a immediate notice. 7. Report deadlines are so short that you will have to work more than 12 hrs on daily basis to meet the target. 8. No work and life balance 9. Once you board in, you will be on job for 24/7 10. The only way the employer will be satisfied from your work is that you keep licking his a*s 11. There will also be a deduction for health insurance but believe it that you will never get a health cover from the company and your money will go to gutter 12. There are hundreds of other reasons to not work at Orian but not a single reason to work here...
