Ltd. takes this matter seriously and clears the pending payment at the earliest. It’s unfortunate that I have to share this publicly, but fairness and accountability matter. I worked with Orion Security Solutions Pvt Ltd. (Orion Secure) for over 6 Years completing my service tenure that qualifies for gratuity under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. Despite several written and verbal commitments from the company’s management over the last 18 Months, my gratuity amount is still unpaid. I even hold email proofs of these commitments, yet the payment remains pending. I’ve been patient and professional throughout, but repeated delays and unfulfilled promises leave me deeply disappointed. I’m sharing this post to raise awareness so that future employees make informed decisions before joining, and to remind organisations that ethical practices and timely dues define true professionalism. I sincerely hope Orion Secure Pvt. Ltd. takes this matter seriously and clears the pending payment at the earliest. I’ve been patient for nearly two years — but now, until my gratuity is paid, I’ll keep raising this matter here every month as a reminder of how employee rights must be respected.
