Pros
Orionx, though on the smaller side as a company, is one of the more attractive places to work in Chile. Employees receive very competitive benefits and a unique opportunity to work in a burgeoning sector at the intersection of tech and finance. The culture is diverse, respectful, and emphatically collaborative. Work-life balance is well above average for a Chilean company.
Cons
Orionx is a small company and suffers from the same growing pains as any other former start-up. The only consideration I might suggest is a personality fit for citizens of a country dominated by more traditional industries.
