      Pros

      Great people, pragmatic CEOs, result-oriented teams that are not in the spotlight for no reason. My manager was amazing and she made sure our team understood goals and why it mattered at a company scale.

      Cons

      My position didn't allow me to move up signficantly, but I know mobility was encouraged by the company.
