Pros
Staff are very friendly and helpful. A very collegiate atmosphere Great hands on experience with files and gained great knowledge in various departments throughout the firm. I received alot of guidance from Partners throughout my rotations and felt like a valued member of the team . I was given substantial exposure which prepared me for my career as Solicitor. Work life balance better than most other offices I have worked in.
Cons
I didn't get a full time Solicitor role when I qualified.
