Pros

Great brand and a great concept. The executive team is easy to work with and very accessible. The company is growing quickly, so some growing pains, but seem to be very proactive. Great overall team.

Cons

No cons worthy of comment. Just little things you'd expect from a small but fast-growing company.

Pros

access to wellness modalities that strengthen the body. Helping others change their life structurally!

Cons

Work/life balance isn’t great. The company is so new that there aren’t such defined roles and responsibilities

Pros

Ability to engage with members and learn about them

Cons

Where do I begin? The owners ability to fool you into thinking this will be the coolest job ever, was top notch. My interview was amazing, had me really excited to work here. However, in all of my management history, I have never been micromanaged so badly and spoken poorly about behind my back to my staff. * Owner has unrealistic expectations & has a very unprofessional way of running his business. * Rules/pay change over night with no notice * BE CAREFUL.. you're loading your bones with thousands of pounds with a staff that was never properly trained because the owner doesn't want to pay to send them to training. INJURY ALERT! *Unpaid training * Owner sends friends and family into facility to test you just to see how you will react... *Be leery of the amazing Google/Facebook reviews.. most of them were written by his family and close friends... * Not allowed to eat inside the building (even when you work an 8 hour shift). * Customers can swear at you and treat you poorly and boss will always side with customers because money is valued more than happy employees. *Boss would set up events outside of business hours and make it mandatory for you to be there and he wouldn't show up after saying he would be there as well.
