I’ve personally seen my feedback being implemented at the company level, which shows how much they value every voice. 7 .I’ve never seen a culture where a leader takes monthly feedback for himself, managers, and the company through a “Chai Pe Charcha” session — that too in such an open and positive way. 8. The best part of Osumare is Umesh Sir — an emotional, empathetic leader who treats everyone like family and always stands by his team. I can share anything with him without hesitation. Earlier, I used to work from the office, but due to personal reasons, I requested to shift to work from home — and Sir immediately supported my situation with full understanding.
