Pros

The best team you can ask for a heavy workload, supportive, and genuinely care for each other. Non-toxic team culture, the people (not the management) are just the best people you can ask. Good health care benefits. Annual performance review.

Cons

Long working hours with no compensation, also suddenly forces everyone to WFH after months of successful delivery while WFH. I sacrifice my whole month of weekends without extra pay just to be forced to back to the office and lost all flexibility
