      Pros

      1. Flexible working hours ( can work 9-5 or 5-9 or sometimes both) 2. Supportive management ( WFH allowed on weekends ) 3. Dinner provided ( working here reminds me of zomato) 4. PF deposited after 6 months of leaving the company 5. Everyone is like a family when salary gets delayed no one complaints

      Cons

      1. The company is very dynamic, policies change within hours 2. Salary not provided when sent on-site for 6 months, reimbursed later 3. The core product of the company is full of bugs and hard-coded everywhere ( not a fundamentally strong product to sell) 4. Made me work a notice period for 3 months and still left out on Full and final settlement after 6 months 5. People are forced to resign involuntarily

      Pros

      - CTO and Engineering Co-founding and team is really good! - Team mates are really good and work with dedication.

      Cons

      - Salaries are late by 2-12 motnhs. (Received my first pay check after 64 days) - CEO will give you hopes but it is all hollow, never stand up to their commitment. - Doesn't provide health insurance. - No diversity in the company.

      Starts amazingly... makes you want to run away eventually!

      Pros

      1. The Robotics Software team is great to work with and the CTO is understanding. 2. Multiple occasions to travel for events, conferences and on-site work, fully paid by the company (in principle) but the reimbursements never come. 3. You will get to work and learn a lot (there is so much work). 4. Everyone is friendly and supportive, and that helps through the work-life imbalance with financial issues.

      Cons

      1. Communication is obsolete. 2. Management is clueless. 3. On-site work can drain you and your bank.
