Pros

Working with the community of grievers as well as with volunteers. Learned a tremendous amount about grief and how to best support the bereaved.

Cons

Management. Managers micro manage licensed therapists, along with everyone else. UNSAFE environment. Bullying is tolerated after multiple complaints to management and the Board of Directors. Low pay. Inauthentic directors who don't really care about their staff. No opportunity for growth.

Pros

Company truly cares about it's residents and employees and seems to take what is said by both residents and employees to heart to try and create a better work/ living environment.

Cons

Although upper management seems to take the time to listens to their employees problems , concerns and suggestions the follow through in what is something that could use some work.
