      It's a toxic place to work with a terrible CEO. They will promise heaven and earth but deliver on nothing. Salaries are not paid as and when due

      The CEO Sam Eze is a very toxic human with no regards for employees. Full of abusive languages and very authoritative. One might loose his or her mind working with him.

      They're a close knit team, such that it helps to collaborate and get help when needed

      Possibly the fact that you some times have to work outside work hours, but it's a start-up so that's totally understandable.
