Pros
- Set hours, 9-5 Monday's through Thursday's and 9-2 on Friday's, plus paid holiday's, vacation days, and you get your birthday off - Great pay - Lunch provided every day, exluding short days and Friday's - Fully staffed - Room for growth - Time to schedule meetings with coworker or supervisor to ask questions, learn more, and grow - Family owned business - Insurance available - Rarely high stress, and when is, coworkers work together to get things accomplished - Everyone is a team player - Great work enviroment
Cons
The office is located in a larger building with a shared restroom, which isn't that inconvenient, but would be nicer to have our own.

Pros
Typically steady hours (with late nights often), company buys lunch approx. 1-3 times a week, some paid holidays.
Cons
Low wages, no retirement benefits, no insurance of any kind (though this is a small business). The environment is high stress and chaotic due to being understaffed, poorly trained on the admin side, and no preparation for working with the clients. There is no structure for training.
