Pros
Small company where you can make a difference. Everyone working there is level-headed, smart and friendly, making you feel part of a family. As long as you're approachable, human, and competent at your expertise, working here will be a joy. They treat you as an adult and give you the freedom to make your own schedule, and work wherever you want. What matters is that you deliver the goods and do a good job.
Cons
They need to improve delivery estimations, although since they're still a small company not meeting deadlines isn't that big of a deal.
