Great exposure to clients, good variety of work.
Cons
Workload is unsustainable and management are in denial about the knock on effect to their staff. Instead excuses are made as to why people are leaving. Little management direction and poor communication which, with the unsustainable workload, will cause burn out for more staff. For a company that advises it's clients on HR maybe take a look at how you manage your own people first.
