      Can be a hostile work environment sometimes since the senior salespeople have an attitude tend to be over critical

      Pros

      The job starts at 6am. If you take a half hour lunch, you can take off at 2:30pm. Great for parents picking up their kids or people who would like to go to school at night.

      Cons

      During the interview, the managers will say no cold calling and leads are qualified leads. The true qualified leads were given to senior salespeople. Also, the title is National Accounts Manager. Very deceiving title. It is really a telemarketing job.

      Pros

      They want you to succeed. Employees are very supportive and willing to help you out.

      Cons

      You get recycled leads that didn't work for other employees when you start out. Good luck with that! You are only allowed to sell certain products based on how well you are currently selling.

      Great learning experience, on overall managing your work load, and making sales calls. And close, close and more close

      Pros

      $bill$, learning experience, and they want you to succeed. The training was informative, however coming from 30 years of selling face to face, I just couldn't make the leap to selling over the phone.

      Cons

      You are working in a call center atmosphere, highly volatile, emotional, and you must get it the first time, or C'est la vie. Their selling scripts are Just a little long, and redundant.
