- Salary is poor for current market - There are no benefits (no health or pension) , only your salary - There is no clear requirements for your tickets - UI designs are not themselves requirements - The temporary wage subsidy scheme (TWSS) caused a lot of under payment and extra tax for many staff members though upper management assured everyone we "wouldn't be out of pocket" - People left for the above reason and they have now implemented a "Loyalty Scheme" which is an insult that only pays back the tax you owe the government from the TWSS and only if you stayed until a certain date - If you owed 2600 euro to the governemnt for tax but then had extra tax credits say for working from home of 190, then the loyalty payment would repay 2410 , essentially stealing your tax credits so Over-C can repay you less - This is on top of being underpaid during the TWSS
