management sucks.
CEO D.O. is rude to employees when he doesn't like the way a certain project is going & will insult you & make you feel uncomfortable in meetings.
And A.A does not know how to manage and is always out of office on conferences. They apparently lay off in groups of 2-3 people every year & we never see it coming. To make it worse, they lay you off at the end of the day.. No severance on anything while the CEO still spends money on getting clients gifts/goodie baskets. It’s not a great place to work if you want steady income & they lowball your pay. Its very unprofessional as a boutique company since they are Not organized and will give everyone many hats to wear but wont compensate you for it. Lets not forget about the Micromanaging. The director micromanages every department & requires multiple pointless meetings that could have just been emails.
Parking stipend is given but doesn’t fully cover monthly permit.
they almost never had lunches or happy hour unless someone was leaving the company.
The Company money is wasted on parties or events & not used on employees.
If you talk to any people who previously worked there, they will tell you the same.
if you're considering working there, reconsider.
