-Some very cool and talented people -Cool working in e sports -Cool facility -Hybrid work week
Cons
-Overall vision for company is very convoluted and unclear -E sports as an industry is not very lucrative so longevity and job security isn't a thing here -Constant layoffs and changes in leadership -CEO loves making fun little tweets

Pros
- The people of OAM are great. You will really enjoy working with your coworkers. - Cool work space and business partners to work alongside. Fulfilling work!
Cons
- Currently laying off people due to the poor economy of esports. - Upper management (specifically the CEO) shows a lack of empathy to his employees, and the leadership style is outdated and archaic. Rules with an iron fist, does not work anymore. - Most of ELT have left over the past year.
