Overground is really set on building a team that challenges the status quo and is constantly learning and striving for more. Coming from previous work environments where this was most certainly NOT the case, it is really refreshing to be a part of a team that rewards you for your hard work and encourages new perspectives. Additionally, the set of core values that Overground upholds is incredible. I could not ask to work for a more ethically-sound company and trusted set of leaders. Particularly in the "digital marketing" world, Overground is trying to do something that is not being done by a lot of agencies. This idea of "closed loop" and data-driven marketing is challenging for many organizations to grasp. However, Overground's vision to create a new way of thinking about marketing in order to maximize clients' return on investment and overall success is really unique. Lastly, Overground has a strong brand - they have really done the diligence to build a brand around their vision for their clients. But it goes beyond that. The team environment, the open spaces around the office for collaboration and the programs / outlets in place to really invest in your team and in your career are hard to find elsewhere.
