Extremely toxic and sexist work environment

The office has a roof and at least your hair won't get wet in the rain

Cons

In-office Monday through Friday unless you are a family member, friend, or friend with benefit of the owner and then you can come late every day, leave early, work from home half of the day, and even have a second gig on the side. Long meetings of 2-3 hours mostly consisting of the owner screaming at everyone alleging he is the only one that brings sales into the company. Old worn out office that doesn't even offer private restrooms and you have to use filthy public ones. No benefits: no health insurance, no 401K or retirement plan, and PTO is laughable as they barely approve time off unless you are one of the owner's favorite minions.

Pros

Great if you value your own growth and you're constantly pushing your own boundaries. Usually market compatible salaries. Great relationships can be acquired and the power of the network is incredible.

Cons

Old management style, small business kind of operations, systems needs to improve.

Good salary and comissions, the only good part I guess

"Nearly everything about workplace leaves much to be desired - from the ceaseless stream of unnecessary meetings, to inadequate instructions for new hires, and a system riddled with bugs. The financial sector operates far from efficiently, and the work environment? Simply put, it's absolutely dreadful.
