Extremely toxic and sexist work environment - Sales Overseas Network Employee Review

In-office Monday through Friday unless you are a family member, friend, or friend with benefit of the owner and then you can come late every day, leave early, work from home half of the day, and even have a second gig on the side. Long meetings of 2-3 hours mostly consisting of the owner screaming at everyone alleging he is the only one that brings sales into the company. Old worn out office that doesn't even offer private restrooms and you have to use filthy public ones. No benefits: no health insurance, no 401K or retirement plan, and PTO is laughable as they barely approve time off unless you are one of the owner's favorite minions.
