Good salary and comissions, the only good part I guess

"Nearly everything about workplace leaves much to be desired - from the ceaseless stream of unnecessary meetings, to inadequate instructions for new hires, and a system riddled with bugs. The financial sector operates far from efficiently, and the work environment? Simply put, it's absolutely dreadful.

Entrusted, able to use and enhance your talent, whilst working hard and making an impact, is what you receive! With 18 years as an experienced event & hospitality HR professional, having worked on multiple Olympic Games, and Commonwealth Games, it wasn't until I was entrusted by the CEO of Overseas Network to identify, deliver and lead the staffing element for 200+ employees on their unique FIFA World Cup 2022 team, in Qatar, that I was able to deliver using my full skill set.

Cons

The Company has yet to realise their full potential, which is a wonderful thing, as they're not complacent and always strive to keep improving, and growing. They'll always be good and bad days in any job, but a maturity of mind will see that the majority is exciting, if you're ready for the challenge, and to dive in.
