Unorganized and still in development

They don’t even train you properly or coach you, they just expect you to know everything and walk into a toxic work environment like everything is okay, and perform off of little to no knowledge. Was there for exactly a month and was fired for their lack of training and coaching. Beforehand, even if you ask them questions to see what you can do to improve and how to maneuver operations, they don’t give you any thorough feedback. Mostly everyone there is fake, and for themselves. Should’ve listened to the few reviews saying their turnover rate is high. Avoid Kyle. They lost someone who intended to stick it out even though I was being looked down upon and saw the red flags.
