Pros
There is a reasonable staff discount.
Cons
The business runs with a very small team of under 15 employees with only one person serving the company for a significant amount of time. During a very short time the company saw 10 team members leave, which amounted to almost every position under the directors in the London office. There are major issues within the company with a serious blame culture and poor treatment of staff. The owners/CEO furloughed their employees during the pandemic and pressurised employees to continue working. The hours are seriously long and the workload is unreasonable. Contact over the weekend and out of hours was constant and uncompensated. Weekend working was often expected of all staff. The interview processes generally involves multiple calls and interviews, with decision making often taking a very long time for each candidate. The business owners are a couple, and expressed unprofessional behaviours towards each other including micro aggression during meetings. The business has serious financial issues and staff were often concerned regarding the safety of their jobs. Laptops and other required equipment is not provided. Holidays allowance was minimal and requests for leave often denied.
